		A.	The Board will review the minutes from the July 6, 2021 meetings.


	2.	CONTINUED PUBLIC MEETING


		A.	ADJOURNED - 530 Oakhurst Road (Section 4, Block 69, Lot 33) Located in the R-10 Zoning District. ******* This application has been adjourned from the July 15, 2021 meeting. The Applicant, 530 Oakhurst LLC, proposes to construct a new single family residence and in-ground pool. Board of Architectural Review is required.


	3.	PUBLIC MEETING


		A.	886 Orienta Avenue (Section 9, Block 100, Lot 2) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. ******* The applicants, Ian and Jessica Sigalow, propose to construct an in-ground pool, bluestone patio on grade with trellis, landscape stone walls and landscape plantings. If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting. Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
