275 Mamaroneck Avenue - (Section 9, Block 19, Lot 9A3) Located in the C-2 Zoning District - Site Development Plan Application

The Applicant, The Life Church, proposes to renovate an existing vacant retail building located at 275 Mamaroneck Avenue minor facade renovations are proposed. Board of architectural review is required.

A.

1000 Greacen Point Road - (Section 9, Block 99, Lot 1E) Located in the R-20 Zoning District

The Applicant, 1000 Greacen Point Road, seeks to install an inground pool with associated landscaping, masonry, drainage and site work. Board of Architectural Review is required.

B.

218 Highview Street - (Section 8, Block 58, Lot 21A1) Located in the R-5 Zoning District

The Applicant, Douglas Perez, seeks to install 23 roof-mounted solar panels on a private house. Board of Architectural Review is required.

C.

722 Guion Drive - (Section 4, Block 66H, Lot 163) Located in the R-7.5 Zoning District

The Applicant, Brendan Lewis, seeks to remove a sunroom, add new windows, and replace the existing roof on a residential property. Board of Architectural Review is required.

D.

409 Delancey Avenue - (Section 9, Block 7, Lot 2) Located in the R-5 Zoning District

The Applicants, John and Maureen Cotter, seek to construct a one story rear addition, a new deck and stairs, and a new one story two car detached garage. Board of Architectural Review is required.

E.

312 Jefferson Avenue - (Section 4, Block 1, Lot 3) Located in the R2-F Zoning District

The Applicant, Gina Albore, seeks to install 25 roof-mounted solar panels on the first floor, and 19 roof-mounted solar panels on the second floor of a residential property. Board of Architectural Review is required.

Reminder to applicants:

 Sample of exterior finish materials must be presented at the meeting.  Please be advised that approval from the Board of Architectural Review does not constitute approval from the Buildings Department.  Moreover, no work may be performed until a Building Permit is granted and conspicuously posted at the work site.

Note: The next regular meeting of the Board of Architectural Review, is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 7:30pm via ZOOM.

Applicants must place a notification sign on the property and return a Proof of Service Affidavit to the Building Department prior to the meeting or the application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
