The Applicant, France Tucker, proposes interior renovations, addition of a deck, and removal of a portion of driveway. Board of Architectural Review is required.

Reminder to applicants:

 Sample of exterior finish materials must be presented at the meeting.  Please be advised that approval from the Board of Architectural Review does not constitute approval from the Buildings Department.  Moreover, no work may be performed until a Building Permit is granted and conspicuously posted at the work site.

Note: The next regular meeting of the Board of Architectural Review, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 7:30pm via ZOOM.

ADJOURN MEETING

Applicants must place a notification sign on the property and return a Proof of Service Affidavit to the Building Department prior to the meeting or the application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
