Dennis Cucinella proposes a new sign for Jimmy's Pizza.

Sign Design & JC Awning proposes a new sign for Perlei Salon.

14 Shore Road 

Dianne Eaton R.A., proposes to renovate 1st floor kitchen, mud room, and powder room. Window and exterior door changes. 2nd floor renovation of primary bedroom, three bathrooms, stairs, add laundry room and add windows.

 

D.

690 Mamaroneck Ave 

America Signs & Awnings Corp. proposes (2) new signs: 1 facade and 1 blade for Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
