3.WETLAND PERMIT REVIEW - PUBLIC HEARING
A.

900 Rushmore Avenue, Section 9, Block 97, Lot 2. Located in the MR Zoning District. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II - 617.5(c)(9). Public Hearing Required. PH Set for 3/27/24.

The applicant seeks Planning Board approval for a wetlands permit to create a new ADA compliant marina entranceway with a new pile supported landing, gangway, and landing floats, slight reconfiguration, and replacements of flats in landing area. continue/ renew the approved Perimeter Permit, (per separate demolition permit) removal of an existing gangway, elevated walkway and filled stanchion down to the bottom materials, including with its wood and steel frame. Applicant is also requesting continuation of previously approved Reconfiguration Perimeter Condition from USACE, NYSDEP, NYSBLM, NYSDOS and NYS SHPO. Planning Board approval required as per Village Code Chapter 192, Section 4.

Application #PLN-24-0005: 1251 Flagler Drive, (Section 9, Block 60, Lot 50) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II (617.5(c)(12)). Public Hearing Required. 

The applicant seeks wetland permit approval to repair, replace and elevate existing seawall as per Village Code Chapter 192, Section 4.

 

5.PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION REVIEW
A.

Application #PLN-24-0006: 254 Center Avenue, (Section 8, Block 95, Lot 18) Located in the R-4F Zoning District. Recommended SEQRA Classification: To be determined. Public Hearing Required.  

The applicant seeks to adjust existing lot lines to create two lots for future development of townhouses per lot as per Village Code Chapter A348, Section 5.

*Project description to be revised after preliminary review at the 3/27/24 meeting.
