John Scavelli, P.E proposes a new in-ground pool, patio and driveway alterations at existing single family dwelling.

272 Mamaroneck Ave

Sign Design & JC Awning proposes a new sign for Perlei Salon.

930 Protano Lane

Katherine Martin R.A. proposes exterior improvements to include removal and full extent replacement of roofing and gutters; removal of existing siding and replace with Hardiplank composite siding; remove and replace existing windows and doors; addition to existing dormer at rear elevation; new rood canopy at front and rear entrances. Interior renovations to include kitchen, 1st floor master bedroom, and 2nd floor bedrooms and bathrooms. No change to existing footprint of house.
