4.EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADVICE OF COUNSEL
A.Executive session in accordance with Section 1051 (f) the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation in the Village Managers office
B.Sporttime Agreement - it is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into executive session pursuant to 105 (1) (h) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss the proposed lease of real property
C.

Retirement Incentive Program for Police Benevolent Association Members (Manager’s Office) It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into executive session to discuss a matter of collective negotiation pursuant to 105 (1) (e) of the New York State public officer law.

D.Tiekert v. VOM - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(d) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss a matter of ongoing litigation.
