EPA vs WJWW, Village of Mamaroneck, Town of Mamaroneck, Town/Village of Harrison

It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to  section 105(1) (d) of the NYS Public Officers Law to discuss matters of ongoing litigation

B.Appointments to Ad-Hoc Affordable Housing Committee – It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to discuss the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment of a particular person, or persons, to the Ad-hoc Affordable Housing Committee.
C.Hampshire vs VOM- It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into executive session pursuant to 105 (1) (d) of the NYS Public Officers Law to discuss matters of current litigation
D.It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into executive session pursuant to 105 (1) (h) of the NYS Public Officers Law - the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real property or the proposed acquisition of securities, or sale or exchange of securities held by such public body, but only when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.
