4.PRELIMINARY CONSISTENCY REVIEW & MARINE STRUCTURE - PUBLIC HEARING

Application #HCZMC-24-0001: 830 Pirates Cove, (Section 9, Block 103, Lot 8) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II §617.5(c)(12).

The applicant seeks LWRP Consistency and Marine Structures approval to replace a 4.5' by 54' piling supported timber pier. 3' by 30' aluminum ramp, 10' by 20' timber floating dock, chains and anchors with 4' by 48' piling supported timber pier, 42" by 30' aluminum ramp, 8' by 25' timber floating dock and two timber float anchor pilings as per Village Code Chapter 240, Article VI, VIII, Sections 21, 26, and Parts A & B.  

5.CONSISTENCY REVIEW, PERIMETER RENEWAL, & MARINE STRUCTURE - PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED

900 Rushmore Avenue, (Section 9, Block 97, Lot 2.) Located in the MR Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II - 617.5(c)(9).

 

The applicant seeks Planning Board approval for a wetlands permit to create a new ADA compliant marina entranceway with a new pile supported landing, gangway, and landing floats, slight reconfiguration, and replacements of flats in landing area, continue/ renew the approved Perimeter Permit, (per separate demolition permit) removal of an existing gangway, elevated walkway and filled stanchion down to the bottom materials, including with its wood and steel frame. Applicant is also requesting continuation of previously approved Reconfiguration Perimeter Condition from USACE, NYSDEP, NYSBLM, NYSDOS and NYS SHPO. The application requires Planning Board, HCZMC and BAR approvals, as per Village Code. (Please see Building Determination Letter for sections of the Code.)
