Vinnie Pinstripe Inc, proposes a gas station canopy sign wrap (3 sides) and pylon sign with LED price displays for Vincent's Garage.

 

B.

735 Bleeker Avenue 

James J. Hahn, P.E proposes to rebuild existing side walkway & back patio. Add outdoor gas fireplace, hot tub & kitchen.

3.ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
A.
  1. Preliminary Referral from Village Board of Trustees regarding Proposed Local Law to Amend Requirements for Subdivision Plat Filing PLL-X 2023.
  2. Preliminary Referral from Village Board of Trustees regarding conceptual Local Law and Memorandum regarding Additional Uses in the C-1 Zoning District.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
