Application# PLN-23-0010: 2 Shore Road, (Section 4, Block 77, Lot(s) 25, 1B) Located in the R-15 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II § 617.5(c)(11),(12). Public Hearing Required.

The applicant seeks site plan & wetlands permit approval to elevate single family home, property is located in both the VE & AE flood zone, construction of terraces, new driveway, and stormwater system as per Village Code Chapters 192 & 342, Sections 5 & 75, Parts C & E.

 

5.PRELIMINARY WETLAND PERMIT REVIEW

Application #PLN-24-0001: 734 Guion Drive, (Section 4, Block 66H, Lot 169B). Located in the R-7.5 Zoning District. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II § 617.5(c)(11). Public Hearing Required. 

The applicant seeks wetland permit approval to remove existing attached shed; and construct a 2-story addition with master suite on first floor and storage below as per Village Code Chapter 192, Section 4.
