 Long Island Power Solutions proposes the installation of 21 roof mounted solar panels. 

 

B.

1233 Arlington Street

 Long Island Power Solutions proposes the installation of 29 roof mounted solar panels. 

3.PUBLIC MEETING
A.

203 N Barry Avenue

Kathleen Sullivan, Architect proposes to raise roof over existing 2nd floor bedroom and attic space, to add an additional bedroom and laundry area. Reconfiguring 1st floor entry and adding single story extension of existing family room.

 

B.

575 Shore Acres Drive

Stephanie Mylenski, Architect proposes a one story addition at the back of the house. 

ZBA Variance granted November 2, 2023.

 

C.

1486 Pine Knoll Lane

Virginia Piccioto, Architect proposes the construction of multiple additions in both the front and rear of the home.

Applicants must place a notification sign on the property and return a Proof of Service Affidavit to the Building Department prior to the meeting or the application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
