4.EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADVICE OF COUNSEL
A.Purchase of Properties Located in the Federally Mapped Floodplain - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(h) to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real property, but only when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof
B.Appointment to Arts Council & Flood Mitigation Advisory Committee - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss matters leading to the appointment of particular people to the Arts Council, and Flood Mitigation Advisory Committee.

Save the Sound vs Village of Mamaroneck - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(d) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss matter of current litigation.
