A.PUBLIC HEARINGS
1.

Application# 01-SV-23: 620-626 E. Boston Post Road, (Section 4, Block 53, Lot 2B). Located in the C-1 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II - 617.5(c)(9).

 

The applicant seeks a sign variance for three signs, Northeast Architectural; Front wall, rear wall and pylon. Please see attached determination letter for the list of specific variances as per Village Code Chapter 286, Sections 5, 10, 12 - A & B.

Application #02-SP-23: 406-410 W. Boston Post Road, (Section 9, Block 53, Lot 11). Located in the C-1/TOD Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II - 617.5(c)(18).

 

The applicant seeks a special permit to operate a new restaurant. Work will include: repaint interior and front sides of restaurant, refinish wood floors and bar with no exterior construction. Village Code Chapter 342, Article VI, Section 30, Part A(1)(e).

Application #03-SP-23: 317 Mamaroneck Avenue, (Section 9, Block 19, Lot 14A1). Located in the C-2 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II - 617.5(c)(18).

 

The applicant seeks a special permit for a new Bubble Tea Shop, work will include interior renovations. Village Code Chapter 342, Article VI, Section 31, Part A(1).

Application #04-SP-23: 1202 W. Boston Post Road, (Section 9, Block 21, Lot 2B). Located in the C-1 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II - 617.5(c)(18).

 

The applicant seeks a special permit for the creation of a new retail ice cream shop. Minor interior alterations to expand size of kitchen work space and reduce size of customer area. All existing kitchen equipment is to remain, most interior finishes are to remain, new finished to match existing and no exterior work except signage via a separate permit. Village Code 342, Article VI, Section 31, and Part A(1).

Application #06-AV-23: 212 Jensen Avenue, (Section 4, Block 31, Lot 61). Located in the R-5 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II - 617.5(c)(16).

 

The applicant seeks an area variance to construct a rear yard addition at the first floor; exterior front yard addition at the second floor. Project will increase preexisting nonconforming condition - (encroachment of front yard setback); Preexisting setback is 14.4' where 20 is required; variance needed for 5.6' as per Village Code Chapter 342, Attachment 2.

Application #05-AV-23: 416 Waverly Avenue, (Section 8, Block 111, Lot 29-42). Located in the M-1 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Unlisted/Coordinated.

  

The applicant seeks an area variance to construct an addition to the existing self-storage facility. Please see attached determination letter for list of specific variances as per Village Code Chapter 342, Article VII, Attachment 3, Section 56.
