Application# PLN-23-0002: 960 Green Meadow Lane, (Section 9, Block 104, Lot K). Located in the R-20 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II §617.5(c)(11),(12).

The applicant seeks site plan approval for the construction a two-car garage, 2nd story guest bedroom and bath, modify existing two-car garage into a one-car garage and update layout of the mudroom. Install new stairs to the 2nd floor addition as per Village Code Chapters 342,  Article XI, Section 75, Part C.

637 North Barry Avenue, (Section 4, Block 18, Lot 23). Located in the C-1 Zoning District. Site Plan and Special Permit Application. SEQRA Classification: Unlisted/Coordinated.

 

The applicant seeks site plan and special permit approval to construct six new residential units. Special permit use for residential in C-1 zone as per Village Code Chapter 342, Articles XI, VI, VII, Sections 75, 30, and 50.
