3.PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN & WETLANDS REVIEW
A.

Application# PLN-23-0003: 1107 Cove Road, (Section 9, Block 89D, Lot 24) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Unlisted.

 The applicant seeks site plan and wetland permit approvals for maintenance of an approximate 8,093 square-foot manmade irrigation feature. Material removed from the manmade irrigation feature is to be stockpiled onsite adjacent to the irrigation feature. Planning Board approval required as per Village Code Chapters 294, 192 & 342, Article XI, Sections 4,7,8,75 and Part C.

4.PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN REVIEW
A.

Application# PLN-23-0002: 960 Green Meadow Lane, (Section 9, Block 104, Lot K). Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II §617.5(c)(11),(12).

The applicant seeks site plan approval for the construction a two-car garage, 2nd story guest bedroom and bath, modify existing two-car garage into a one-car garage and update layout of the mudroom. Install new stairs to the 2nd floor addition as per Village Code Chapters 342,  Article XI, Section 75, Part C. 

5.SITE PLAN & WETLANDS REVIEW
A.

921 Soundview Drive, (Section 4, Block 78, Lot 6A or 6B) Located in the R-10 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II §617.5(c)(11), (12). 

The applicant proposes a new single-family residence and pool on an approximately 0.52 acre lot. The project requires site plan and wetlands permit approval from the Planning Board as per Village Code, Chapters 342 & 192, Section 75, Part C. 

6.ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION(S)
A.

Comprehensive plan update: The Planning Board will review the Comprehensive Plan as an interested agency and may provide comments to the Board of Trustees related to the environmental review.

  • Index of Recommendations + Implementation Table. This is an index of all of the recommendations in the 2023 Comprehensive Plan. It is also serves as a working document (which will live as an editable MS Word file) that the Village can utilize to organize, plan for, budget, and seek grants for the implementation of the recommendations in the 2023 Comprehensive Plan. Furthermore, it can be used as a tool for considering capital improvements associated with recommendations.
  • Table of Comments & Responses on the March 1, 2023 Draft of the Comprehensive Plan. Thank you to the residents, boards, and committees who submitted comments on prior drafts of the Comprehensive Plan. The comments received during the formal comment period have been compiled into a table that includes responses, where appropriate.
