A.The Board will review the request to adjourn the public hearing for 921 Soundview Drive to the April 26, 2023 meeting. 
4.PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION REVIEW
A.

1025-1035 Seahaven Drive, (Section 9, Block 111, Lot 14/15) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Subdivision Application. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II § 617.5(c)(16).

The applicant seeks subdivision approval for the lot line adjustment between two parcels of single ownership, resulting in the transfer of 1,835.2 sf from 1035 Seahaven (Lot B) to 1025 Seahaven Drive (Lot A). The lot line adjustment would correct the preexisting nonconforming side setback on Lot B as per Village Code Chapter A348, Article VI, Section 20.

5.PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN AND WETLANDS PERMIT REVIEW

520 Hommocks Road, (Section 9, Block 72A, Lot 7) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Site Plan and Wetlands Permit Application. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II § 617.5(c)(12).

The applicant seeks site plan and wetlands permit approval for the construction of a pool, spa, patio, barbeque grill area and pool house with bathroom and storage as per Village Code Chapters 294, 342, 192, Article XI, Sections, 7-8, 75, 4 & 6 and Part C. 

 

B.

1380 Flagler Drive, (Section 9, Block 105, Lot 27) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Site Plan and Wetlands Permit Application. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II § 617.5(c)(11),(12).

The applicant seeks site plan and wetlands permit approvals for demolishing the existing single-family home, driveway, pool, and patio and reconstruct a new single-family home, pool, patio, and driveway in approximately the same area as the existing improvements as per Village Code Chapters 342, 192, 318, 294, Article XI, and Sections 75, 4, 7-8.
