4.PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN AND WETLANDS REVIEW
A.

841 Taylor's Lane, (Section 4, Block 79, Lot(s) 8B4). Located in the R-15 Zoning District. Site Plan and Wetland Permit Application. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II 617.5(c)(11), (12).

 

The applicant seeks Planning Board approval to construct an elevator enclosure, new permeable paver driveway, elevated deck at the front of the dwelling, on grade deck at the rear of the dwelling, permeable paver walkways, seawall, gangway and pool as per Village Code Chapters 342 & 192, Article 75, Sections 4 & 7.
