3.SITE PLAN & WETLANDS REVIEW - PUBLIC HEARING

1310 Flagler Drive, (Section 9, Block 105, Lot 11). Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Site Plan and Wetland Permit Application. SEQRA Classification: Type II - 617.5(c)11.

 

The applicant seeks to construct a new single-family residence and pool this requires Planning Board approval as per Village Code Chapters 342, 192-4, Article 75, Sections C & E.

4.SITE PLAN & WETLANDS REVIEW
A.

921 Soundview Drive, (Section 4, Block 78, Lot 6A or 6B) Located in the R-10 Zoning District. Site Plan and Wetlands Review Application. SEQRA Classification: Type II §617.5(c)(11), (12).

 

The applicant proposes a new single-family residence and pool on an approximately 0.52 acre lot. The project requires site plan and wetlands permit approval from the Planning Board as per Village Code, Chapters 342 & 192, Section 75, Part C. 

 

5.SITE PLAN REVIEW
A.

1002 Cove Road, (Section 9, Block 89B, Lot 19). Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Site Plan Review Application. SEQRA Classification: Type II §617.5(c)(12)).

 

 The applicant seeks site plan approval for the installation of a 20 x 45 gunite inground pool as per Village Code Chapter 342, Article XI, Section 75, Part C.

 

6.PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN & SPECIAL PERMIT REVIEW
A.

637 North Barry Avenue, Section 4, Block 18, Lot 23. Located in the C-1 Zoning District. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Unlisted/Coordinated.

The applicant seeks site plan and special permit approval to construct six new residential units. Special permit use for residential in C-1 zone as per Village Code Chapter 342, Articles XI, VI, VII, Sections 75, 30, and 50.
