3.EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADVICE OF COUNSEL
A.WJWW, Department of Justice/EPA Matter - it is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(d) of the New York State Public Officers Law as it relates to matters of proposed, pending, or current litigation.
B.Hampshire Recreation, LLC. vs The Village of Mamaroneck and The Village of Mamaroneck Planning Board - it is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(d) of the New York State Public Officers Law as it relates to matters of proposed, pending, or current litigation.
