3.EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADVICE OF COUNSEL
A.Village Manager EEOC Complaint against Board of Trustees - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(d) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss matters of ongoing litigation Labor Counsel to Attend
B.Garden Road - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(h) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real property or the proposed acquisition of securities, or sale or exchange of securities held by such public body, but only when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.

Litigation Update - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to the §105(1)(d) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss current litigation as follows:

D.Retention of Search Firm for Full-Time Village Attorney - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) on the New York State Public Officers Law the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation;
