Ad Mart Group proposes the installation of a facade sign for York Antiques

B. 580 LAWN TERRACE

Michael Miele, P.E. proposes the installation of 26 rooftop solar panels.

C. 781 EAST OLD WHITE PLAINS ROAD
Infinity Solar Systems proposes the installation of 10 rooftop solar panels. 

D. 518 CARROLL AVENUE

Carlos Sosa Streber, the designer, proposes a 2nd floor addition, a 2-story addition and a rear deck

PRELIMINARY REVIEW

Jones Sign Company proposes to replace the existing freestanding sign for Chopt

NOTE:  This is for preliminary discussion only as ZBA approval is required.  The applicant will return to this Board for final approval if ZBA approval is granted.
A previously submitted freestanding sign proposal was preliminarily approved in January.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
