		A.	The Board will review the minutes from the meetings held on September 6, 2022 and October 20, 2022


	2.	CONTINUED PUBLIC MEETING


		A.	313 NORTH BARRY AVENUE SunBlue Energy proposes the installation of 38 rooftop solar panels


	3.	PUBLIC MEETING


		A.	157 MAMARONECK AVENUE Gotham Signs & Graphics proposes the installation of facade and accessory signs for La Casa
		B.	412 GRANT TERRACE Max Parangi, R.A. proposes a rear addition
		C.	850 RUSHMORE AVENUE Brian Crowley, R.A. proposes a 2nd floor master suite and rear lounge addition and the installation of new windows, roofing and siding around the entire residence
		D.	900 RUSHMORE AVENUE Randy Ruder, CEO of Beach Point Club proposes to demolish the existing tennis pro shop and parking and construct a new 1-story tennis pro shop and parking lot NOTE: Planning Board and HCZMC approval pending


		ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS


	Planning Board Intent to be Lead Agency The Planning Board has declared its Intent to be Lead Agency for the proposed parking lot expansion at 950-960 Mamaroneck Avenue

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission. If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting. Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
