1.APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A.The minutes of the meeting held on April 21, 2022 will be reviewed.
2.PUBLIC MEETING
A. 576 MAMARONECK AVENUE

Naldo Morales, the business owner, proposes a facade sign for Harbour Fish Restaurant

B. 541 MUNRO AVENUE

Helen Rafferty, the homeowner, proposes to replace porch joists/columns and install new mahogany deck and railings

C. 406 CLAFLIN AVENUE

Paige Lewis, R.A., proposes a 1-story addition over the existing 1-story 

D. 1346 RALEIGH ROAD

Maegan Walton, R.A. proposes interior renovations including new windows and entrance doors, the addition of a deck on the side of the side house to connect the living space to the backyard and roof coverings for both entries.
NOTE:  ZBA variance granted for side yard setback

E. 330 CLAFLIN AVENUE

Brian Crowley, R.A., proposes a 2nd story story and front entry addition, new windows, roofing and siding around the entire house.

Applicants must place a notification sign on the property and return a Proof of Service Affidavit to the Building Department prior to the meeting or the application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
