		A.	648 SHORE ACRES DRIVE Mark Mustacato, R.A. proposes revisions to the previously approved roofed terrace area and various windows and doors
		B.	1631 WINFIELD AVENUE Richard Paroly, R.A., proposes to raise the house and make various renovations


	3.	PUBLIC MEETING


		A.	136 HIGHVIEW STREET Sunrun Installation Services proposes the installation of 27 rooftop solar panels
		B.	1251 FLAGLER DRIVE Eric Jacobsen, R.A. proposes new windows and siding and interior renovations
		C.	1516 URBAN STREET Stephen Marchesani, R.A. proposes a 2nd floor addition
		D.	700 BALDWIN PLACE Fred Grippi, R.A. proposes to expand the existing 2nd floor NOTE: ZBA approval granted for rear yard setback

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission. If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting. Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
