3.PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN REVIEW

1002 Cove Road, (Section 9, Block 89B, Lot 19). Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Site Plan Review Application. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II §617.5(c)(12)).

 The applicant seeks site plan approval for the installation of a 20 x 45 gunite inground pool as per Village Code Chapter 342, Article XI, Section 75, Part C.

 

4.SITE PLAN AND SPECIAL PERMIT REVIEW
A.

129-133 Prospect Ave, (Section 9, Block 31, Lot 7&6B). Located in the C-2 Zoning District. Site Plan & Special Permit Application. SEQRA Classification: Unlisted/Coordinated.

The applicant seeks to demolish two structures and construct a new 13 unit 4-story residential building with associated site improvement including stormwater management system. The application requires Planning Board approval as per Village Code Chapter 342, Article 50, Sections A4, B6 & Part F and Chapter 342, Article 75, Sections A, B, & C.

950-960 Mamaroneck Avenue, (Section 8, Blocks 17 & 18 Lot 551) Located in the C-1 Zoning District. Site Plan Review Application. SEQRA Classification: Unlisted/Coordinated.

The applicant seeks site plan approval for the expansion of the 950 Mamaroneck Ave parking lot in the rear yard onto the 960 Mamaroneck Ave parking lot with pavers as per Village Code Chapter 342, Article 75, Section B & D.

222 Union Avenue, (Section 4, Block 56, Lot 10). Located in the R-2F Zoning District. Site Plan Review Application. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II §617.5(c)(12)).

The applicant seeks site plan approval for the renovation of single-family home with addition in the rear as per Village Code Chapter 342, Article 75, Sections C & E.
