6.EXTENSION OF RESOLUTION

The applicant, 139 East Prospect, LLC., represented by Anthony Gioffre, Esq., seeks to construct a 4-story multifamily dwelling with eight 1-unit bedroom dwelling units; wherein, site plan review and a special use permit are required by the Planning Board.  The applicant seeks to provide 1 fair and affordable housing unit pursuant to Chapter 342-50(B)(6) of the Village Code.  This action requires consistency review with the Village of Mamaroneck Local Waterfront Revitalization Program pursuant to Chapter 240 of the Village Code.  SEQRA Determination:  This action is classified as an “Unlisted” action in accordance with 6CRR-NY 617.6(a)(1)(iv).  A Negative Declaration was issued on June 24, 2020 by the Planning Board; ending the SEQRA process.
