The applicant seeks HCZMC approval to construct a new single-family residence.

900 Rushmore Avenue, Beach Point Club, (Section 9, Block 97, Lot 2) Located in the R-15 Zoning District.

The applicant seeks HCZMC approval to remove existing tennis shop and parking lot and construct a 1-story building and new parking lot with 49 spaces with 2 handicap spaces. Includes storm water and utility connections.
