1010 Orienta Ave, (Section 9, Block 110, Lot 1) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Site Plan Review Application

The applicant seeks site plan approval for proposed new 2-story single family dwelling and 1-story cabana as per Village Code Chapter 342, Article 75, Section C.

 

B.

415 Claflin Ave, (Section 9, Block 66, Lot 5A) Located in the R-15 Zoning District. Preliminary Site Plan Review Application. 

The applicant proposes to renovate and construct an addition to the property which involves removing an existing permitted 2nd garage and apartment on the property; moving the pool to another location at the rear of the home as per Village Code Chapter 342, Article 75, Section CE.
