NY Metro Design proposes to install 8 rooftop solar panels.

Vivint solar proposes to install 32 rooftop solar panels.

John Knoetgen, R.A. proposes a rear yard addition with covered patio and side entrance.

D.  22 LAKE ROAD

George Varthalamis, R.A. proposes alterations and enlargement to kitchen and entry and creation of 2nd floor porch at master bedroom.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
