919 SYLVAN LANE

 

Rick Yestadt, R.A. proposes to construct a 1-story rear pushout/addition and move built-in bbq, new railing on rear terrace and new railing and lighting in front.

1334 HALSTEAD AVENUE

 

NY Metro Design proposes to install 8 rooftop solar panels.

605 THIRD STREET

 

Kasselman Solar proposes to install 12 rooftop solar panels.

695 BARRYMORE LANE

 

Sunrun Installation Services proposes to install 41 rooftop solar panels.

Vivint Solar proposes to install 15 rooftop solar panels.

4 SHORE ROAD

Race Coastal Engineering proposes to construct a concrete foundation, a 40' long gangway and an 8' x 20' floating dock.

This application is currently before the Planning Board and Harbor Coastal Zone Management Commission.  The Planning Board typed the project as a Type II Action under SEQRA on 7/14/21.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
