The Applicant, 530 Oakhurst LLC, proposes to construct a new single family residence and in-ground pool. Board of Architectural Review is required.

2.PUBLIC MEETING
A.

1040 Nautilus Lane (Section 9, Block 112A, Lot 4) Located in the R-20 Zoning District.

The Applicants, Joanna Harp and Michael Kraft, propose to renovate an addition on an existing footprint of a home that has become new construction on the same footprint with a full foundation under the new sunroom. Conditions of the framing and foundation require this to be redone to current code. Board of Architectural Review is required.

The applicants, Christie and Don Derrico, propose an addition to an existing two car detached garage with finished storage above and driveway expansion to connect the garage to the street. The application has been approved by the Zoning Board. Board of Architectural Review is required.

Applicants must place a notification sign on the property and return a Proof of Service Affidavit to the Building Department prior to the meeting or the application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
