594 Alda Road - (Village Section 4, Block 75, Lots 14) Located in the R-10 Zoning District

The applicant proposes to construct an in-ground swimming pool, terrace, and fire pit. Board of Architectural Review is required. The application was approved by the Planning Board on March 24, 2021. 

B.

1260 Flagler Drive - (Village Section 9, Block 105, Lots 7) Located in the R-20 Zoning District

The applicants, Fran and Nina Cooper, propose to add new windows and a new sliding door to the house. Board of Architectural Review is required.

1503 Fairway Green - (Village Section 9, Block 72.B, Lots 15.3) Located in the R-7.5 Zoning District

The applicant, Gabi Baigel, proposes to construct an addition over an attached garage. Board of Architectural Review is required.

The applicant, George Cooper, proposes to install 18 roof-mounted solar panels. Board of Architectural Review is required.

Reminder to applicants:

 Sample of exterior finish materials must be presented at the meeting.  Please be advised that approval from the Board of Architectural Review does not constitute approval from the Buildings Department.  Moreover, no work may be performed until a Building Permit is granted and conspicuously posted at the work site.

Note: The next regular meeting of the Board of Architectural Review, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 4, 2021 at 7:30pm via ZOOM.

Applicants must place a notification sign on the property and return a Proof of Service Affidavit to the Building Department prior to the meeting or the application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
